TEAMWOR MAKES THE DREAM WORK!
This is a quote that BTS always posts on Twitter when they get great achievemets or or results. As the date in the photo above, this quote shows the identity(?) of BTS from March 2013, before their debut, until now. (Not sure for the first post, but it seems that RM has been posting steadily for the past few years. What a great leader!!)
It is also a great result of their excellent teamwork including RM's outstanding leadership, but it is also the great result achieving with ARMY which is BTS fans.
Whenever BTS gets great acheivements, they always show appreciationthe to fans posing like "ARMY got awards~, ARMY! congratulations on these results".
So, some say that the ARMYs and BTS are connected with an invisible line.
Actually, this is the steadfast rule that the best teamwork produces the best results.
Also, BTS has been showing this steadfast rule very well.
The eldest line(JIN, SUGA, J-HOPE, RM) and the youngest line(Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook) always take care of and rely on each other, and this relationship makes these big achivements.
And of course with ARMY supporting BTS with all their hearts!
To prove this steadyfast rule, BTS tops Billboard Hot 100 chart for 2nd consecutive week!!!!!! (Yay, Let's scream!!)
Because the Billboard Hot 100 No.1 itself is such a great result, I thought that it would come down after only one week, but the song (Dynamite) has been ranked for 2nd consecutive week!
In fact, lots of books and theories on teamwork and leadership can be found easily around us and even in university and graduate school, there are classes on teamwork and leadership as major subjects.
However,I think BTS is the best example that shows this important theory not only in theories but in action.
